As Confluence Cacao's original product offering, the Noh Sos Bar is a bold, single-origin, 75% dark chocolate that gives tribute to its origins in both taste and name.

Belizean cacao is known for its bright, fruit-forward flavor profile, with notes of ripe berries, citrus, and tropical fruit balanced by deep chocolate richness.

The bar itself is the namesake of the Noh Sos, "the Great Limestone Waterfall" in Mopan Mayan. The Noh Sos, shaped by limestone and fed by the Noh Ha’, the "Great River", holds deep cultural and spiritual meaning for the community. Its surrounding caves tell stories of sacred history, the limestone nourishes fertile farmland, and the flowing water sustains life.
