Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on product ordered. Available shipping options are presented at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Warm Weather & Product Integrity

Chocolate is temperature-sensitive. During warmer months, we may adjust shipping schedules or use protective packaging to reduce the risk of melting. In certain circumstances, we may delay shipment to protect product quality.

Confluence Cacao Works is not responsible for damage resulting from extreme heat once a package has been marked delivered. We encourage customers to retrieve packages promptly upon delivery.
